Lisarow Document Management is able to offer you complete confidence regarding the security and protection of your records. The warehouse we utilise is of concrete and steel construction, with controlled access, as well as intruder and smoke detection systems that are monitored 24 hours a day, seven days a week. We also have a caretaker living on site.

LDM is the only Central Coast based provider of document management, and we use the industry leading O'Neil software control system for records management. O'Neil software ensures control is always maintained over your records. For example, you are able to retain your own file naming convention, making retrieval very easy for your staff. You can even restrict access to the records, and track when records are due for destruction. Our barcode technology ensures your records are available on request through LDM's same day delivery service.

We provide a free pickup service and you will find there are no hidden or additional costs. We operate a monthly invoice system where you only pay for services already provided. LDM does not ask for any prepayments and we provide you with a fully itemised account.
